39ph accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at 39ph's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. 39ph does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are prohibited and may result in suspension of your Account pending investigation.
39ph does not accept deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Any funds identified as originating from unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be closed.
Deposit funds may not be transferred to other players or used for any purpose other than gaming on the Platform.
Withdrawals of real-money Balance are available to verified account holders. To initiate a withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification and your Balance must exceed any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests to an alternative payment method may require additional verification at 39ph's discretion.

All games available on the 39ph Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.
All slot and RNG-based games on the Platform use Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game, bets already placed and confirmed prior to the disruption will be settled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which will be communicated through the game interface.

All content on the 39ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is owned by or licensed to 39ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 39ph.

For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, disputes may also be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Resolution processes where applicable.
